Glens Falls would start to crawl back at that point. Jack Stolper (Middlebury) drove in Keegan for the first run of the bottom half of the fourth. Peter O’Toole (Dartmouth) would then score on a throw down to second base to make the score 7-3.
The Dragons would tack on another in the sixth inning. O’Toole picked up an RBI on a single to bring the score 7-4.
The Dutchmen would then explode for six runs in the top of the seventh. The highlight of the inning was a bases clearing double by Gallagher that drove in another three runs.
McGee would also pick up another RBI single followed by a two-RBI double from Will Stroud (Azusa Pacific). The Dutchmen led 13-4 after the top of the seventh.
Glens Falls would grab one more in the bottom half of the seventh. Andrew Gough (Middlebury) drove in Joseph Rende (Rochester) on a groundout to make the score 13-5.
