Morgan Phillips (College of Charleston): 2012 Dutchmen outfielder Morgan Phillips was the hero for the College of Charleston in a marathon 3-2 win over William & Mary. Phillips' game-winning single came in the 23rd inning. The game lasted over six hours and was the second longest in NCAA history. His base-hit even made SportsCenter! Click here for the highlights.
Josh Lee (Lipscomb): Recently signed outfielder Josh Lee went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two runs scored in an 11-6 win versus Florida Gulf Coast. The following day, Lee finished 1-for-3 with a run and an RBI as Lipscomb topped FGCU 7-1 to take two out of three in the series. He is currently second on the team with a .302 batting average.
Adam Lee (Lipscomb): Meanwhile, recently signed infielder Adam Lee hit 1-for-3 with a RBI in the series-opening 11-6 win against Florida Gulf Coast. A .233 hitter for Lipscomb, Adam is second on the squad with nine stolen bases. Lipscomb plays Jacksonville in the First Round of the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament on May 21st.
Anthony Marks (Coastal Carolina): 2013 Dutchmen outfielder Anthony Marks scored a game-high three runs and collected two hits in a 10-7 win over Campbell. The speedy lefty is also a perfect 6-for-6 in stolen base attempts this year. Coastal Carolina meets Campbell again in the Big South Conference Tournament on May 20th.
Nate Rupiper (Memphis): 2013 Dutchmen catcher Nate Rupiper had a solid performance for the Tigers in an 8-3 win versus Rutgers, going 2-for-3 with an RBI. Rupiper also recorded an RBI a day earlier as Memphis blanked UT Martin 11-0. He is hitting .318 with 15 total RBI. The Tigers take on Louisville on May 22nd in the American Athletic Conference Tournament.
